Then became obsessed with a personal pain-point in women’s footwear that nobody solved in a real way.
So I learned enough biomechanics, orthopaedics, materials science, engineering and manufacturing to solve it myself.
It ended with a granted Indian utility patent.
International exhibition — first one independently managed
Samples — arriving a day before departure
Local support — 2 people found and hired in 4 days
Sales pitch — refined on the flight
Booth design & set-up + last minute travel bookings + prospects — all handled
product — factories > vendors > QC — retailers > cash flow
I built SOPs, coordinated field QC, negotiated unusual
supplier credit and customer advances, and learned to spot
the bottleneck before it became tomorrow’s fire.
As the sole full-time operator, I learnt to:
See around corners.
Turn chaos into systems.
Own the outcome.
I became a mother.

Not because the opportunity disappeared. But because I realized that my strongest contribution is often as the operator, I no longer needed to attach myself to the founder identity which wasn’t serving me.
More recently, curiosity pulled me into financial markets—stocks, metals, risk, market structure.
When manual analysis became inefficient,
I started working with a developer to turn the manual workflow into an AI-assisted automated system with risk controls, exception alerts and performance diagnostics.
Not because I’ve held the title. Because I recognize the work.
So I’m not asking you to overlook my lack of EA experience.
I’m asking for a chance to test whether my skills translate.
See what I send back.
